Rogers Centre Tour Experience

Check out behind the scenes of one of Canada’s top sports attractions with a tour of Rogers Centre in Toronto. Located downtown, hiring a bus to transport you and your students to Gate 3 for your tour is the easiest way to experience this one. Kids will get to see the team dressing room, media center, the field and the on-site museum that features artifacts and some previous events held on site. You’ll even get to learn how the stadium converts between hosting a baseball game, a football game and a concert!

Check out life under water

Spend a day exploring life under the sea with a visit to Ripley’s Aquarium. Well suited for both kids and adults alike, the programs offered here will offer a deeper understanding of environmental education, research and conservation as well as provide entertainment that will last all day long!

This aquarium is the first of its kind in Ontario, so it definitely offers a unique and complete education experience. It has also aligned with Ontario’s Ministry of Education curriculum guidelines, so you can book this field trip with confidence.

Canada South Science City

This science center is located in Windsor, so makes for an easy drive regardless of what area you are planning a field trip from. The exhibits are constantly changing and growing, and feature all kinds of things from optical illusions to live animals to fossils. No matter how much time you spend here, your students will always find something to discover. Take part in a school tour or specialized day camp featuring interactive talks, guided tours and hands-on fun to experience all that the Canada South Science City has to offer.

Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory

The butterfly conservatory in Cambridge puts students in the very center of a real-life science class by inviting them to witness first hand the life cycle of a butterfly, as well as other insects. With several curriculum-based activities that allow students to get hands on with their experience, every field trip to this conservatory will allow kids to explore and ask questions that will feed their curiosity about all things bugs.

Students can spend time in the Conservatory and be surrounded by flying butterflies and have the opportunity to spot fish and turtles in the ponds. Pair this field trip with a science lesson on animal life cycles for the perfect school year addition.

Book your bus now!

With most teachers in the Southern Ontario area looking to plan their field trips soon, you will want to book both your bus and the destination quickly before they book up. Your best bet for getting a bus of the right size is to book as soon as possible into the new year. Especially up until Christmas, buses and field trip destinations can run into difficulties providing buses. It’s always a good idea to have a few possible dates when you call in, to ensure you can book something that works for you!
